Creative Redesigns will visit your home and assess the room you want transformed. At that time we’ll discuss any ideas you may have about style preferences, room functionality and what works for you and what doesn’t. Next, with your permission, we’ll do a walk-through of the rest of the house and do what we call “shopping your home”. This is an exciting and fun process because we get to discover hidden treasures that will look perfect in your new room. Photos will be taken to help us determine a design plan and a date is set for the redesign.

The initial consultation is a good time to review Creative Redesigns credentials, qualifications and references. You'll enjoy taking a look at the extensive portfolio of before and after photos at that time, too!

Fee - $75.00

On the day of the redesign we’ll completely empty the room to the bare walls. An empty room gives us the opportunity to start with a fresh approach. We’ll “shop your home” and retrieve the items that caught our eye during the initial consultation. The rooms we shopped will get “tweaked”, if necessary. In about 4 hours your room will have undergone a stunning transformation and the redesign is complete. You’ll come home to the room of your dreams!

Creative Redesigns can help you with any decorating dilemma you may have. During a consultation, we’ll help you select furniture, artwork, accessories, rugs, window treatments and paint colors. We know how to shop within your budget and we know where to find “high-end” furnishings with “low-end” price tags.

If you know what you want in your home, but simply don’t have the time to shop, Creative Redesigns will do the shopping for you. Discuss with us the items you need and we’ll find them. We know where and how to shop within your budget. It’s easy for you and fun for us!

Home "staging" is the term used to describe the process of preparing a home for sale by giving it a model home look. Your home will be shown in its best light to potential buyers. Staging a home statistically has been proven to boost its selling price. Creative Redesigns will give your home that "wow" factor, keeping a buyer's eye in mind! There are 2 plans from which to choose:

1) We will conduct a walk-through analysis of your home and give you a list of staging suggestions in a written report. At that time, you may choose to stage your home yourself using our suggestions.

2) We will conduct a walk-through analysis of your home and give you a list of staging suggestions in a written report. At that time, you may choose Creative Redesigns to stage your home.
